LARGE SCALE THERMOFORMING Our offer includes the production of plastics made by thermoforming method, starting from the design, preparation of forms, stamping, cutting, joining up to the painting.
We have professional equipment for thermoforming elements with dimensions:
3000 x 2000 x 1000 mm and 5-axis CNC machining center.
We form PET, HIPS, PVC, ABS, PMMA.
We strive to make our products have optimal parameters in terms of being technical functional and aesthetic. Basing on the knowledge and experience of our constructors, for each of our products we create an individual tooling (molds, dies, reducing the discharge area, etc.) which allow us to provide you with the highest quality awailable, whilst reducing your production costs.

5 axis CNC machining center is used to make large-scale models and process finished parts in 5 levels. By using a scanning touch probe , we are able to reproduce the item in order to prepare molds for their production. In addition, we offer the implementation of forms based on the documentation provided (AutoCad, SolidWorks, etc.), development of projects and programming according to the individual needs of customers and orders.
Depending on the size of the target series of production we prepare adequate systems for molding from MDF and aluminum.
CNC machining center, is a guarantee of speed and reproduction of details.

We offer thermoforming:

We also offer a service combining elements with ultrasound, and lacquering of products in the paint chamber destined for thermoplastics.
